Day 1: Arrival – Delhi

Once you arrive at Delhi airport or railway station our representatives will meet you and take you to the hotel. On the first day you can relax at the hotel or go out in Delhi as per your own convenience.

Day 2: Delhi Tour

After completing the breakfast at the hotel we take you for the sightseeing of Old and New Delhi, one city with two distinctive features and culmination of tradition with contemporary. The Old Delhi tour will include a visit to the Red Fort or Lal Quila. The fort is a massive construction and an architecture marvel with Diwani Aam and Diwani Khash. Started in 1638 by Shah jahan and completed in the year 1648 had been part of the Indian history since then. Next stop is Jama Masjid – a typical Mughal architecture, built by Muhammad Ali Shah and is on the western side of the Hussainabad Imambara. The tour of Delhi would be incomplete without visiting Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial site the Raj Ghat. The tour continues with New Delhi and visiting the Humayun’s Tomb, one of the earliest Mughal architecture in Delhi. Qutub Minar is one of the focuses in the Delhi tour as it the world’s tallest brick minaret with 72.5 metres in height. A drive along the Rajpath, India Gate, Parliament House, President’s Residence and the Diplomatic enclave almost brings to the end of the Delhi city tour, but it is the visit to the Lotus Temple before returning to the hotel for the night stay ends the city tour.

Day 3: Delhi – Agra

The third day starts with an early morning breakfast and then gearing up for the journey to the renowned city Agra for the visit to Taj Mahal. The white marble tomb that has found its place in the Seven Wonders of the World was built by Shah Jahan in 1631-1648 for his wife Mamtaz Mahal. The mausoleum is an architecture marvel and the Turkish and Persian influences are eminent in the building. Next we move to the Agra Fort, which is situated on the north western side of the Taj Mahal and the white pristine marble building can be seen from one part of the fort, where Shah Jahan has spend his old age. In the evening the guests are free to move around in Agra on their own or take rest in the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 4: Agra – Jaipur

One can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the hotel before moving for Jaipur. But before going to the Pink City we visit Fatehpur Sikri. It was once the capital of the Mughal Dynasty during Emperor Akbar’s reign. The aura of the place can only be experienced with an overpowering Buland Darwaza and the other Palaces in the ruined city. The place is also known as the city of Ghosts and is one of the earliest examples of Hindu and Islamic architecture coming together. From there we move on to Jaipur and have a overnight stay at the hotel in the Pink City.

Day 5: Jaipur city tour

Before embarking on the Pink City tour one can enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and start with the exploring the Amber Fort. Built in 1592 by Raja Mann Singh and completed by Swai Jai Singh is a perfect example the blending of Rajathani architecture with Mughal art. Set on the hugged hills, this red sand stone and white marble fort is something that should be seen. The City Palace is in the heart of the Pink City with Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and Sheesh Mahal. The evening is free for the guests to roam the bazaars of Jaipur and attend the folk music and songs that are performed by the Rajasthanis before retiring at the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 6: Jaipur – Delhi

The final day of the Golden Triangle tour starts with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and then starts for Delhi. On reaching Delhi board your flight or train for home destination.
